Lemon Balm Sleepy Tea

1 tsp of loose dried lemon balm herb

a pinch of dried lavender buds

1 tsp of fresh lemon juice

1 tsp of local honey

1 cup of boiling hot water

Preparation

Place dried herbs in a teacup (Use a tea ball so you don't have to strain the dried herbs at the end

Add boiling hot water to herbs and let steep for 3-4 mins

Add fresh lemon juice and honey

Garnish with lemon slice

* You can try different herbs like rose buds, lemongrass and/or chamomile.
